These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching and mindset support services provided by ANNECT via the website annect.me and scheduled using Cal.com.
Coaching services provided by ANNECT focus on subconscious and executive coaching. Coaching is an obligation of means, not of outcomes. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
All sessions or programs must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through Stripe within the Cal.com scheduling system. A booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no monetary refund will be issued. The Client can reschedule their session using the link provided in their Cal.com confirmation email. The credit must be used within a maximum of 3 months from the initial purchase date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: if the Client cancels, requests a reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, or fails to show up, the session is forfeited and charged at 100%. No refund or credit will be granted.
Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. If the Client is late, the session will still end at the originally planned time, with no extension or price reduction.
ANNECT guarantees absolute confidentiality regarding all conversations, personal disclosures, and business information shared by the Client during the coaching process.
By selecting a specific date for a session, the Client explicitly requests the immediate delivery of the digital service. The Client agrees to waive their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed or once the session has taken place.
In accordance with French law (Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code), in the event of a dispute, the Client may use the following free mediation service: [mediator name, address and website to be added].
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
